Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (USA)

1. Shipping Cost:

• For orders over $99, shipping is free anywhere in the United States.
• For orders under $99, a flat rate shipping cost will be applied, calculated during the checkout process. 

2. Shipping Confirmation: Once the order is handed over to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS), you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. 

3. Processing and Delivery Time:

• Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery time varies between 3 and 6 business days depending on the carrier's policies.
• Orders placed on Fridays after 12:30 p.m. EST will be shipped the following Monday. 

4. Responsibility for Delays: Linda CURVES Fajas Colombianas is not responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by carriers once the order has been delivered.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Correct Address: Please ensure you provide a correct and complete shipping address. In case of an order return due to an error in the provided address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. 

2. Delivery: If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the package in a mailbox or deliver it to a person present at the indicated address. 

3. Lost or Stolen Packages: Linda CURVES Fajas Colombianas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The decision to leave the package in a safe place is at the discretion of the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

1. Processing and Delivery Time:

• International orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Those placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
• Delivery time ranges between 7 and 12 business days, depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

2. Shipping Cost: The cost of international shipping is calculated at checkout and will depend on weight, applicable rates, and destination country.
3. Possible Delays: Delays may occur due to address issues, customs clearance, holidays, or peak seasons. It is advisable to provide a complete address with details such as street and building number, if applicable.
4. Responsibility for Delays: Linda CURVES is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from delays caused by the carrier.

TAXES AND DUTIES

1. Customer Responsibility: All applicable taxes, import duties, and charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if the customer refuses the shipment upon delivery.
2. Shipping Terms: Orders are shipped under the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) term. This means that Linda CURVES does not charge or pre-pay costs related to VAT, duties, or taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges for the package to clear customs.

1. Delivery Guarantees: We offer options for problem resolution in case of damaged or lost packages. Please contact us if any such situation arises.
