EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

TIPS TO AVOID PROBLEMS 

1. Take your measurements correctly: Consult our size guide before making a purchase. 
2. Read the policies: Familiarize yourself with our conditions before purchasing the product. 
3. Check the product upon receipt: Verify that the size, model, and condition match your order.

 GENERAL CONDITIONS 

1. Time limit for exchange requests: You can request an exchange within 30 calendar days of purchase.

2. Product condition: For hygiene reasons, please wear underwear when trying on garments

• It must be in perfect condition, unused, without cuts, loose threads, stains, odors, or visible marks.
• Keep the original tags and original packaging. 

3. Promotional items: Products on sale can only be exchanged for size or color. They are not eligible for returns or refunds. 

4. Valid purchases: We only accept returns for products purchased on our official website www.lindacurves.com or from authorized distributors in the United States.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN PROCESS 

Step 1: Verify that you meet the conditions: Ensure the product complies with the policies described above.

Step 2: Contact our team: Send us an email to info@lindacurves.com with the details of your request:

• Full name.
• Contact number.
• Full address.
• Reason for exchange or return.
• Desired new size or model.

 Step 3: Pack and send the product: Send the product properly packed and sealed to:

Include in the package a printed or legible handwritten copy with:

• Full name.
• Contact number.
• Full address.
• New size or reference.
• Name of the sales advisor or authorized distributor (if applicable).

ASSOCIATED COSTS

Additional costs: For exchanges, the customer must cover the shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment. Standard shipping fee: $13 USD within the United States. 

International orders: International shipping costs must be borne by the customer and are non-refundable. 

RETURNS FOR DEFECTS OR ERRORS 

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

1. Immediately contact our team via email or WhatsApp.
2. Send us photographic evidence of the problem.
3. We will provide you with a PREPAID return label and process the exchange or refund. 

OPTIONS TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS 

• Quick exchange: Place a new order for the desired item and use our return label to send us the previous product. We will process the refund for your first order once we receive the returned item.

 PROCESSING TIMES 

• Exchanges and returns are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the time we receive the product at our warehouse.
• You will receive a confirmation email once we inspect your item and approve the return or exchange. 

RESTRICTIONS 

• We do not accept returns of used garments, with makeup marks, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other stains.
• Custom-fitted or personalized garments are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
• Purchases from other websites or stores are not covered by this policy.
